Taylor Schepers is the Client Accounting Manager at Smallwood & Company CPA, where she leads our client bookkeeping and accounting operations while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of services for our business clients. In her role, Taylor oversees day-to-day accounting workflows, provides guidance to team members, and serves as a key point of coordination between clients and our accounting team.

Taylor holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Davenport University, giving her a strong foundation in business principles and financial practices. She applies that background, along with her extensive experience in administrative and client-support roles, to help maintain clean financial records, improve internal processes, and ensure bookkeeping and accounting services are delivered efficiently and tailored to each client’s needs.

Known for her reliability, professionalism, and leadership, Taylor works closely with both clients and staff to resolve issues, streamline procedures, and maintain a high standard of service. Her ability to balance technical accuracy with clear communication makes her a trusted and valued resource for clients depending on timely, dependable financial information.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Austin, and their beloved dog and two cats. She also loves baking and sharing her creations with family and friends — a hobby that complements her attention to detail and care in everything she does. These personal interests reflect Taylor’s balance of creativity, focus, and relationship-centered living both in and out of the office.
