Client Accounting Assistant

Mirriah Trumbull is a Client Accounting Assistant at Smallwood & Company CPA, where she provides administrative and operational support to our accounting and payroll clients. She plays an important role in helping ensure client information is organized, deadlines are met, and routine processes run smoothly so our professional staff can focus on delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services.

Prior to joining Smallwood & Company CPA, Mirriah gained valuable experience as an Assistant Store Manager with Ace Hardware. In that role, she was responsible for daily operations, customer service, staff support, and problem resolution in a fast-paced retail environment. Her background required strong attention to detail, organization, and clear communication with customers while managing multiple priorities.

Mirriah brings that same customer-first mindset to her work with our accounting and payroll clients. She is known for being responsive, dependable, and detail-oriented, and she takes pride in assisting clients with administrative needs while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Outside of the office, Mirriah is a busy mom of three and enjoys spending time outdoors with her children. Whether it’s exploring nature, participating in outdoor activities, or simply enjoying time together, family is an important part of her life and reflects the balance, responsibility, and care she brings to both her work and personal commitments.
